This Saturday marks the 150th game of popular veteran Ryan Murphy.
After making his debut with Bentleigh in the Under 19s in 2002, Ryan played his first senior game that same year as he was also juggling commitments at TAC Cup level.
A combination of serious knee injuries and a stint away from the club has meant this milestone has been a long-time coming but that only adds to the celebration of Big Red’s 150th.
His versatility, experience and enthusiasm make him an important leader of our club. A member of the 2013 premiership team, Ryan has long been part of the furniture of Bentleigh as has his loving and dedicated family. From all of us at Bentleigh, we wish you a happy 150th Murph.
